ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT

  • Schedule meetings with legislators, departmental or Governor’s office staff
     

  • Develop and distribute policy positions
     

  • Become knowledgeable on each client’s issues and lobby issues alone or with designees of its clients
     

  • Develop legislative, grassroots and/or political strategy
     

  • Monitor all relevant legislation and regulation
     

  • Actively lobby on all relevant legislation both in support and opposition
     

  • Draft legislation and/or amendments
     

  • Form coalitions and negotiate compromises with opposition for passage of legislation
     

  • Provide regular political updates and political consulting
     

  • Provide summaries of legislative and regulatory hearings
