In 2016, Rodney Baker started Capitol Concepts with the desire to use his 35+ years experience in grassroots association work to help other associations achieve their organizational and public policy goals. Rodney served as the Director of Governmental Affairs at the Arkansas Farm Bureau for 15 years before being named Executive Vice President in 2013.
Capitol Concepts is a full service association management and governmental affairs firm that has a reputation for hard work, honesty and results, continuously gaining stature throughout state government.

Rodney has over 35 years of experience with one of the state's largest membership organizations. He has practical knowledge the areas of administration, governmental affairs, and program execution. He has worked with legislators, the administration, state agencies, and numerous associations and businesses. Rodney is a member of the Arkansas Society of Professional Lobbyists and the Arkansas Society of Association Executives. He has also served on the boards of the Arkansas State Fair, The Arkansas 4-H Foundation and is currently a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho
Stephanie Osborne

Anna has 25 years of experience as a professional business communicator, including 19 years as communications director of the Arkansas Forestry Association. Formed in 2016, Anna Swaim Communications provides association management, program coordination, event planning and communications services to a variety of clients, including the Arkansas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners, Arkansas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Methodist Family Health and the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce. Anna is a member of the Arkansas Society of Association Executives and International Association of Business Communicators/Arkansas Chapter, where she serves as the vice president of finance and has managed the chapter’s events, membership, website and communications in StarChapter.
