In 2016, Rodney Baker started Capitol Concepts with the desire to use his 35+ years experience in grassroots association work to help other associations achieve their organizational and public policy goals. Rodney served as the Director of Governmental Affairs at the Arkansas Farm Bureau for 15 years before being named Executive Vice President in 2013.
